At SONA, we have a very easy & hassle-free return policy.

How to Return a Product?

 1: Simply place unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached in the original packing.

2: Use a bubble sheet wrap to secure and protect the box and products inside. Enclose your invoice inside.

3: We can arrange for the parcel to be picked from some locations. Call us at 9310038585 or write to us at to check if your pin code falls under this service.

4: In case it does not, simply courier the parcel to our address. Enclose the courier receipt to get a refund for courier charges.

5: In either case, please also enclose any Sona Collectible items or any other free gifts you received with your order.

  How is the value of credit calculated?

 The value of the credit coupon will be equal to the final amount paid by you (after discounts) at the time of purchase.

2: In applicable cases, the courier return charges will be added to the amount.

  What are the items/services that cannot be returned?

 1: For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept return of briefs, panties, or shape wear panties, or an opened box of a lingerie set that includes panties.

2: Cash cannot be claimed against gift cards.

3: No item that has been sold as part of a multipack can be returned as an individual item.

4:Items bought under discount during sales or special promotions, or using credit coupons or promo-codes cannot be returned.

5: Once we receive a returned parcel, we reserve the right to refuse the return of items that show visible signs of having been worn, washed or soiled.

  Steps to use your online wallet:

2: Click on check out button, fill in your personal details.

3: Click next for payment details and the credit from your wallet will be used automatically.

How much time it takes for an exchange or issuing of credit or refund?

 1:We first need to receive the original products back in our warehouse. Once received, it will take us minimum 14 working days to process any refund/exchange via the original payment method or issuance of credit in your wallet.

2: In case of refund or credit being issued for other reasons, we will take minimum 21 days from the date of the receipt of request from the customer.
