Return policy

We have a very easy return policy. To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, please contact customer service within 7 days from ordering date.

  • Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on Briefs, Panties, swimwear ,Stick-On Bras, pasties and some of the accessories.
  • Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.
  • In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable.
  • products with more than 10% discount are only eligible for replacement, not eligible for refund.
  • Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, any replacements you have asked for will not be gift wrapped.
  • Returns not accepted for panty category.

How do I return a product?

  • Simply Place Unworn, Unwashed Merchandise with All Tags Attached to The Original Packing.
  • Enclose Your Invoice Inside.
  • We can arrange for the parcel to Be picked from some locations. Call Us at 91-9205637167 Or you can send a return/exchange request online through your account  Click here  Or Write to us at info@sonaebuy.com to check if your pin code falls under this service. In case it does not, simply courier the parcel to our address.
  • Either Case, please also enclose any Sona collectible items or any other free gifts you may have received with your order.

  • Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. The credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.
  • If you choose to refund the amount back to original mode of payment, the process will be initiated once the items are picked by our courier partner and this will take 5 to 10 business days.
  • Postage and charges for return of these will not be refunded.
  • Once we receive a returned parcel, we reserve, the right to refuse the return of items that show visible signs of having been worn, washed or soiled.
